CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity done in a FUN and encouraging group setting.
To us, CrossFit is the best hour of the day. It's a time to rally around our fitness through tough daily workouts; during which we laugh, sweat, train, joke, and cheer each other on as we become fitter, healthier, and stronger!
*Each one of our daily workouts is carefully planned by our coaching staff to give you the best workout possible.
*Each day we target different muscles groups, use different pieces of equipment, and work in different time domains.
*Each class is approximately 1 hour long and includes a warm-up, skill session, strength session, and our daily wod.
HIIT is an acronym for High Intensity Interval Training. Our HIIT class provides you with a total body workout using cardio equipment, bodyweight movements, and light weights.
HIIT workouts happen Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon. As well as, Saturday mornings.
If you need a short, intense workout then this is the workout for you!
Barbell Club is led by USA Olympic Weightlifting Coach Andrew Courtright. During Barbell Club we focus on the Clean and Jerk and Snatch along with the accessory strength moves like Bench Press, Squats, and Deadlifts. We slow down the pace and focus on form. If you like throwing the weights around then this is the class you!
