CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at (relative) high intensity done in a FUN and encouraging group setting. That is the technical answer.

To us, CrossFit is the best hour of the day. It's a time to rally around our fitness through tough daily workouts; during which we laugh, sweat, train, joke, and cheer each other on as we become fitter, healthier, and stronger! 


*Each one of our daily workouts is carefully planned by our coaching staff to give you the best workout possible.


*Each day we target different muscles groups, use different pieces of equipment, and work in different time domains.


*Each class is approximately 1 hour long and  includes a warm-up, skill session, strength session, and our daily wod.
