Here is how TRIFIT works: 


 You pick the number of classes per month that fit your schedule and budget. They can vary from day to day and week to week. You are not locked in to a specific class time.  We recommend 2 - 4 classes per week for beginners (8 -16 per month) and 3 - 5 per week (12 - unlimited per month)  for the experienced.

Register for a free RhinoFit account. This is where we track progress, sign in to classes, and offer a pay online option. We prorate if you sign up during the month. Monthly memberships are due the 1st of every month. 

Show up to your first class with a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and a positive attitude ready to learn and work! You'll sign a release of liability form at your first class. Then we'll take over from there and guide you through your first class.
